Würenlos, 03 January 2024 - Huba Control AG announces a significant change at the top of the company. Following the resignation of Dr David Achermann, we are pleased to announce Mr Weng Kuan (WK) Tan as his successor.

For personal reasons, Dr David Achermann is stepping down from his role with immediate effect. He joined Huba in February 2018 and took over the position of CEO in January 2021. Huba Control would like to express its sincere thanks to David Achermann for his outstanding commitment and achievements.

Huba Control is pleased to announce the appointment of WK Tan as the new CEO as part of this change. He is a familiar face at Huba Control - WK Tan was a member of the Board of Directors in Würenlos from 2021 to the end of 2022. Through his close collaboration with Dr Achermann and the leadership team, WK Tan has developed a deep understanding of Huba's business, values and vision.

WK Tan brings extensive industry experience and has held senior management positions at renowned companies such as Siemens, Infineon Technologies and Intel. His expertise is very valuable for the strategic management of the challenges ahead.
