The Type 560 is ideal for demanding applications in refrigeration, hydraulics, compressed air and other industries where reliability, long-term stability and precision are crucial.
The stainless steel technology enables the use of natural refrigerants such as R290, CO₂ and ammonia as well as media of safety classes A2L and A3.
Thanks to its selection of pressure connections, it can be optimally integrated into a wide range of applications. Particularly noteworthy is the variant with the copper soldering tube, which enables direct soldering into the pipework system, e.g. in heat pumps. The hermetic welding of the copper tube to the steel body of the sensor in factory settings guarantees first-class solder joint quality and helps to improve system reliability. At the same time, assembly productivity is optimised thanks to the reduced soldering time.
- Highest level of safety with flammable refrigerants
- Hermetically welded construction without elastomer seal
- For reliability and resistance to the requirements of various media
- Hermetic tightness in accordance with EN ISO14903:2017 tested during production using 100% helium leakage testing
- To ensure the quality and tightness requirements of DIN EN ISO 14903:2017-12, a comprehensive leak test is carried out during the production process
- Surface temperature under proper operating and fault conditions, assessed in accordance with DIN EN 60335-2-40. To ensure that the sensor is not a potential ignition source in the end application
- Reduction of installation-related signal offset thanks to force-decoupled measuring element
- The design minimises interference during installation, which increases the accuracy and reliability of the pressure transmitter
