Mechanical Differential pressure switch 605
The pressure switches of Type 605 have been specially developed for use in gas-fired heating appliances. Worldwide, more than 40 million switches, manufactured on a fully automated production line, are in use. High reliability, adjustment accuracy, and reproducibility are essential features.
- Switch mounting – quick installation with snap bracket system
- Adjustment protection
- High contact force (10 cN typical): Significantly less susceptibility to contact contamination
- Rolling motion of the contact surface: Less sensitive to contact contamination due to self-cleaning effect
- High long-term stability through the use of 2-component liquid silicone
- More precise transmission of contact triggering and thus more precise switching points due to trapezoidal membrane bead shape
