Huba Control Acknowledges Addition of Wise Road Capital to U.S. Department of Commerce's Entity List

Huba Control AG is aware that Wise Road Capital has been added to the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Entity List on December 2nd. As a company comprising separately incorporated legal entities, Huba Control is not subject to the Entity List prohibitions applicable to Wise Road Capital.

Da Huba Control aus rechtlich eigenständigen Gesellschaften besteht, unterliegen wir nicht den für Wise Road Capital geltenden Beschränkungen. Wir halten uns konsequent an alle geltenden Vorschriften und werden ohne entsprechende Lizenz des US-Handelsministeriums keine Waren, die den Export Administration Regulations unterliegen, an Wise Road Capital liefern oder weitergeben.
