Type 450, the cantilevered beam technology built in compact housing

The operation principle of the type 450 is based on the general cantilevered principle; the pressure (5) is transmitted from the diaphragm (2) to the bending beam (1) and here the deformation of the piezoresistive resistances (4) produces an electrical signal change, which is used as signal output.

The compact housing of the type 450 allows the easy integration in limited application spaces. The high-quality materials used in the manufacturing process provides the type 450 the necessary robustness and reliability to operate in highly demanding environments.
