January 7, 2026 – Huba Control AG today announced a leadership transition for its Americas operations with Mike Mroz taking the helm as VP Sales, Americas to accelerate customer-first growth across the region.

He will sharpen the focus on Huba’s pressure, flow, and level solutions for the Americas market – boosting responsiveness with local distribution and value-led partnerships.

Previous Americas sales leader, Mike Neal, who retires from the organization on January 9, 2026, played a pivotal role in strengthening the Americas sales organization and advancing customer relationships since 2023. “I thank Mike Neal for his leadership and service to our customers and teams across the Americas. We wish him a fulfilling retirement. With Mike Mroz stepping into the role, we are doubling down on customer service, responsiveness, and sustainable growth activities within our core verticals,” said Delphine Schoen, EVP Sales at Huba Control AG.

Incoming VP Sales, Americas, Mike Mroz has been working closely with the team and key accounts since early October to ensure continuity across active opportunities and customer initiatives. “My goal is simple: deepen trust with our customers and deliver value you can measure. Over the next 12–24 months, we’ll expand proven solutions into look‑alike accounts in priority verticals, while raising the bar on service levels and availability through local distribution,” said Mroz.

Effective January 1, 2026, Huba Control has relocated its Americas headquarters to Troy, Michigan. “We felt it important to be in a more centrally located metropolitan area that provides ready access to labor and logistics capital, along with tremendous opportunities for future expansion,” said Mroz.
